Product return procedures
After receiving your package, if one or more products do not suit you, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.
Returns are accepted for products delivered in good condition. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. The security seal must not have been broken or removed.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The steps involved in returning the product(s) are:
Send an email to contact@delozale.fr specifying your order number and the item(s) in question. We will then send you a return label.
Pack the product(s) in the original packaging, secure them to prevent breakage and be sure to include your duly completed return form.
Send the package to the following address:

After receiving your package, a confirmation email will be sent to you and the amount of the returned product will be refunded to the payment method used for the order, or by sending a check to your delivery address.
